We gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly erase or block the per\u00adson\u00adal data as soon as the pur\u00adpose of the stor\u00adage no longer applies. In addi\u00adtion, stor\u00adage may take place if this has been pro\u00advid\u00aded for by the Euro\u00adpean or nation\u00adal leg\u00adis\u00adla\u00adtor in Union reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions, laws or oth\u00ader pro\u00advi\u00adsions to which we are sub\u00adject as the con\u00adtroller. Data will also be blocked or erased if a reten\u00adtion peri\u00adod pre\u00adscribed by the men\u00adtioned stan\u00addards expires, unless there is a neces\u00adsi\u00adty for the con\u00adtin\u00adued reten\u00adtion of the data for the con\u00adclu\u00adsion or per\u00adfor\u00admance of a con\u00adtract.<\/p>

If we process the per\u00adson\u00adal data on the basis of con\u00adsent<\/strong> to data pro\u00adcess\u00ading (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), the pro\u00adcess\u00ading ends with your with\u00addraw\u00adal, unless there is anoth\u00ader legal basis for pro\u00adcess\u00ading the data, which is the case, for exam\u00adple, if we are still legit\u00adi\u00admat\u00aded to process your data for the pur\u00adpose of per\u00adform\u00ading a con\u00adtract at the time of with\u00addraw\u00adal (cf. below in each case).<\/p>

If we process the data on the basis of our <\/span>legit\u00adi\u00admate inter\u00adests <\/strong>(Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) with\u00adin the frame\u00adwork of a pre\u00advi\u00adous\u00adly per\u00adformed con\u00adsid\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion, we store it until the legit\u00adi\u00admate inter\u00adest no longer exists, the con\u00adsid\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion comes to a dif\u00adfer\u00adent result or you have effec\u00adtive\u00adly object\u00aded in accor\u00addance with Art. 21 GDPR (Cf. the visu\u00adal\u00adly high\u00adlight\u00aded noti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion to spe\u00adcial right of objec\u00adtion under C.).<\/span><\/p>

If we process the data for the <\/span>per\u00adfor\u00admance of a con\u00adtract <\/strong>(Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), then we store the data until the con\u00adtract has final\u00adly been per\u00adformed and set\u00adtled and no more claims can be made under the con\u00adtract, i.e. until the statute of lim\u00adi\u00adta\u00adtions has expired. The gen\u00ader\u00adal lim\u00adi\u00adta\u00adtion peri\u00adod accord\u00ading to \u00a7 195 BGB is three (3) years. How\u00adev\u00ader, cer\u00adtain claims, such as claims for dam\u00adages, only become time-barred after 30 years (cf. \u00a7 197 BGB). If there is rea\u00adson\u00adable cause to assume that this is rel\u00ade\u00advant in an indi\u00advid\u00adual case, we store the per\u00adson\u00adal data for this peri\u00adod. The men\u00adtioned lim\u00adi\u00adta\u00adtion peri\u00adods begin at the end of the year (i.e. 31 Decem\u00adber) in which the claim arose and the cred\u00adi\u00adtor becomes aware of the cir\u00adcum\u00adstances giv\u00ading rise to the claim and the iden\u00adti\u00adty of the debtor or should have become aware with\u00adout gross neg\u00adli\u00adgence.<\/span><\/p>

We would like to point out that we are also sub\u00adject to statu\u00adto\u00adry <\/span>reten\u00adtion oblig\u00ada\u00adtions <\/strong>for com\u00admer\u00adcial, tax and account\u00ading rea\u00adsons. These oblige us to retain cer\u00adtain data, which may also include per\u00adson\u00adal data, for a peri\u00adod of six (6) to ten (10) years as proof of our prop\u00ader busi\u00adness activ\u00adi\u00adty or account\u00ading. These reten\u00adtion peri\u00adods take prece\u00addence over the era\u00adsure oblig\u00ada\u00adtions men\u00adtioned above. The per\u00adson\u00adal data processed by us pri\u00admar\u00adi\u00adly orig\u00adi\u00adnate from the data sub\u00adjects them\u00adselves, for exam\u00adple, when they, as users of our web\u00adsite, trans\u00admit infor\u00adma\u00adtion, such as the IP address, to us or our web serv\u00ader via the web brows\u00ader and their end device (for exam\u00adple, a PC, a smart\u00adphone, a tablet or a note\u00adbook).<\/p>
