SEBN PL

SEBN PL began oper­a­tions in Decem­ber 1992 as Volk­swa­gen Elek­tro-Sys­te­my Sp. z o.o., a sub­sidiary of Volk­swa­gen Bor­d­net­ze GmbH. Since 2006, after a change in the main share­hold­er, it has been oper­at­ing as SE Bor­d­net­ze Pol­s­ka Sp. z o.o.

As part of SEB­Ns key activ­i­ties, SEBN PL pro­duces pro­to­types, spare parts, and ser­i­al plus non-ser­i­al elec­tri­cal har­ness­es for cus­tomers’ car mod­els. The com­pa­ny is part of a glob­al group of spe­cial­ists in engi­neer­ing, qual­i­ty man­age­ment and R&D (research and devel­op­ment). 

SEBN PL’s long exper­tise

SEBN PL is ded­i­cat­ed to pro­duc­tion con­cept design, devel­op­ment and imple­men­ta­tion of new tech­nolo­gies, as well as automa­tion and opti­miza­tion of pro­duc­tion process­es. Lever­ag­ing the knowl­edge and exten­sive expe­ri­ence of the SEBN team, the Pol­ish loca­tion active­ly sup­ports SEBN plants in Europe, Asia, and North Africa.

As part of the Cen­tral Research & Devel­op­ment Office, the plant is respon­si­ble for devel­op­ing design solu­tions that meet the con­trac­tor’s require­ments. 

The tasks of the Design and Devel­op­ment Office also include ana­lyz­ing test results, test­ing new pro­duc­tion tech­nolo­gies, opti­miz­ing mea­sure­ment meth­ods and automat­ing the wiring har­ness design process­es.

Fur­ther­more SEBN PL pro­vides com­plex logis­tics ser­vice for SEBN Group units in Europe and Asia.

At the same time, the com­pa­ny is strong­ly com­mit­ted to cor­po­rate social respon­si­bil­i­ty:  It sup­ports local non-prof­it orga­ni­za­tions and engages employ­ees in vol­un­tary work. SEBN PL imple­ments pro-social projects, act­ing for the ben­e­fit of the town’s com­mu­ni­ty and sur­round­ing dis­tricts.
