What You Can Expect
As a Video Content Creator within Corporate Communications, you will create content that inspires and engages. You will be responsible for the entire production process while driving creative innovation and transformation.
- Conceptualization, filming, and post-production of video content – from the initial idea to the final cut
- Creation of multimedia content (video, photography, and written content) in both German and English
- Development of creative video formats for campaigns and social media, with a particular focus on LinkedIn
- Planning and execution of modern communication initiatives with a strong emphasis on digital and visual content
- Supporting and advancing internal and external communications through impactful and dynamic storytelling
- Developing and implementing video-first strategies for social media, especially LinkedIn, including optimization of reach, engagement, and impact
- Covering events and key business moments and transforming them into compelling visual content
- Close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, from international teams to C‑level executives, to bring creative ideas to life and maximize their impact
- Analyzing content performance and continuously optimizing reach and effectiveness
What We Expect from You
- Degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience in video production, editing, post-production, as well as photography and image editing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and common digital content creation tools
- Passion for visual storytelling, digital trends, and innovative content formats
- Excellent English skills and good German language skills for day-to-day business communication
- Proactive, creative, and structured way of working in an international environment
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different organizational levels
- Flexibility and willingness to travel when required
