Your new Role and Respon­si­bil­i­ties

• Receive and val­i­date tech­ni­cal doc­u­men­ta­tion relat­ed to prod­uct con­cepts and draw­ings
• Devel­op and update pro­duc­tion flow charts and work instruc­tions
• Cal­cu­late equip­ment capac­i­ty and deter­mine required resources and invest­ments
• Pre­pare tech­ni­cal spec­i­fi­ca­tions and man­age equip­ment accep­tance
• Man­age and super­vise pro­duc­tion data in ERP sys­tems
• Eval­u­ate pro­duc­tion times and ensure reli­a­bil­i­ty of stan­dard time data
• Define and imple­ment work­sta­tion lay­outs while ensur­ing ergonom­ic stan­dards
• Sup­port FMEA activ­i­ties and mon­i­tor cor­rec­tive action effec­tive­ness
• Coor­di­nate tech­ni­cal changes and eval­u­ate their impact on cost, risk, and pro­duc­tion
• Sup­port pro­duc­tion launch and tech­ni­cal train­ing activ­i­ties
• Ensure opti­mal mate­r­i­al flow through micro-lay­out analy­sis
• Sup­port qual­i­ty teams in ana­lyz­ing inter­nal and exter­nal prod­uct claims
• Pro­pose process improve­ments and cost reduc­tion ini­tia­tives.

Your Pro­file

• Master’s degree in Indus­tri­al Engi­neer­ing or relat­ed field
• 1–3 years of expe­ri­ence in auto­mo­tive or man­u­fac­tur­ing indus­try
• Strong knowl­edge of process engi­neer­ing, capac­i­ty cal­cu­la­tion, and line bal­anc­ing
• Good under­stand­ing of ergonom­ics and pro­duc­tion flow opti­miza­tion
• Abil­i­ty to man­age tech­ni­cal changes and indus­tri­al projects
• Pro­fi­cien­cy in ERP sys­tems and indus­tri­al tools
• Flu­ent in French, good lev­el of Eng­lish (German/Spanish is a plus)
• Expe­ri­enced in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Pow­er­Point, Out­look)
• Autonomous, results-dri­ven, and strong team play­er
