Your new Role and Respon­si­bil­i­ties

• Sup­port FMEA activ­i­ties includ­ing doc­u­men­ta­tion prepa­ra­tion and sta­tis­ti­cal analy­sis
• Assist in the prepa­ra­tion of train­ing mate­ri­als and sup­port the start of ser­i­al pro­duc­tion
• Feed and main­tain mas­ter data based on tech­ni­cal doc­u­men­ta­tion
• Ver­i­fy and con­trol tech­ni­cal draw­ing infor­ma­tion
• Pre­pare and update pro­duc­tion work instruc­tions and pro­ce­dures
• Con­tribute to work­sta­tion lay­out and ergonom­ic design
• Assist in prepar­ing doc­u­men­ta­tion for tech­ni­cal changes
• Per­form inven­to­ries of equip­ment and tools in the assigned area
• Mon­i­tor and fol­low up FMT activ­i­ties
• Par­tic­i­pate in 5S activ­i­ties and work­place orga­ni­za­tion
• Con­tribute to the opti­miza­tion and improve­ment of man­u­fac­tur­ing process­es
• Ensure com­pli­ance with admin­is­tra­tive pro­ce­dures, safe­ty rules, and qual­i­ty stan­dards
• Col­lab­o­rate with inter­nal teams and pro­vide reg­u­lar activ­i­ty report­ing to man­age­ment

Your Pro­file

• Bac+2 to Bac+3 in a tech­ni­cal field (Electro­mechan­ics, Elec­tron­ics, Mechan­i­cal, Indus­tri­al Engi­neer­ing)
• 1 to 2+ years of expe­ri­ence in an indus­tri­al envi­ron­ment
• Good knowl­edge of indus­tri­al process­es, maintenance/equipment, and tech­ni­cal draw­ings
• Famil­iar with con­tin­u­ous improve­ment tools (Lean, AMDEC, prob­lem-solv­ing)
• Abil­i­ty to ana­lyze and opti­mize process­es and han­dle tech­ni­cal data
• Ensure qual­i­ty, safe­ty, and com­pli­ance stan­dards
• Strong team­work and com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills
• Good orga­ni­za­tion and atten­tion to detail
• Proac­tive, adapt­able, and con­tin­u­ous improve­ment mind­set
