Your new Role and Respon­si­bil­i­ties

The Tech­ni­cian Pro­duc­tion Process­es & Equip­ment ensures the prepa­ra­tion of work­sta­tions and the val­i­da­tion and man­age­ment of pro­duc­tion equip­ment to sup­port effi­cient man­u­fac­tur­ing oper­a­tions.

• Set up work­sta­tions accord­ing to stan­dards and ergonom­ic require­ments
• Pre­pare and mon­i­tor weld­ing, twist­ing, shrink­ing, and crimp­ing tools ref­er­ences
• Fol­low up the val­i­da­tion of new machines or lay­out changes
• Sim­u­late pro­duc­tion for new ref­er­ences before ser­i­al pro­duc­tion
• Define pro­duc­tion steps and pre­pare process doc­u­men­ta­tion
• Par­tic­i­pate in FMEA activ­i­ties and improve­ment ini­tia­tives
• Pre­pare pro­duc­tion work instruc­tions and pro­ce­dures
• Assist in prepar­ing train­ing doc­u­men­ta­tion and sup­port pro­duc­tion launch
• Per­form inven­to­ries of equip­ment and tools
• Con­tribute to work­sta­tion lay­out and micro-lay­out design
• Main­tain and update mas­ter data based on tech­ni­cal doc­u­men­ta­tion
• Par­tic­i­pate in 5S activ­i­ties and con­tin­u­ous process improve­ment
• Ensure com­pli­ance with safe­ty, qual­i­ty, and admin­is­tra­tive pro­ce­dures
• Pro­vide reg­u­lar report­ing to the super­vi­sor and col­lab­o­rate with cross-func­tion­al teams

Your Pro­file

• Bac+2 to Bac+3 in a tech­ni­cal field (Electro­mechan­ics, Elec­tron­ics, Mechan­i­cal, Indus­tri­al Engi­neer­ing)
• 1 to 2+ years of expe­ri­ence in an indus­tri­al envi­ron­ment
• Good knowl­edge of indus­tri­al process­es, maintenance/equipment, and tech­ni­cal draw­ings
• Famil­iar with con­tin­u­ous improve­ment tools (Lean, AMDEC, prob­lem-solv­ing)
• Abil­i­ty to ana­lyze and opti­mize process­es and han­dle tech­ni­cal data
• Ensure qual­i­ty, safe­ty, and com­pli­ance stan­dards
• Expe­ri­ence with MS Office (Word, Excel, Pow­er­Point, Out­look) and Eng­lish Skills are a plus
• Strong team­work and com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills
• Good orga­ni­za­tion and atten­tion to detail
• Proac­tive, adapt­able, and con­tin­u­ous improve­ment mind­set
