Your new Role and Respon­si­bi­li­ties

• Recei­ve and vali­da­te tech­ni­cal docu­men­ta­ti­on rela­ted to pro­duct con­cepts and dra­wings
• Deve­lop and update pro­duc­tion flow charts and work ins­truc­tions
• Cal­cu­la­te equip­ment capa­ci­ty and deter­mi­ne requi­red resour­ces and invest­ments
• Prepa­re tech­ni­cal spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons and mana­ge equip­ment accep­tance
• Mana­ge and super­vi­se pro­duc­tion data in ERP sys­tems
• Eva­lua­te pro­duc­tion times and ensu­re relia­bi­li­ty of stan­dard time data
• Defi­ne and imple­ment work­sta­tion lay­outs while ensu­ring ergo­no­mic stan­dards
• Sup­port FMEA acti­vi­ties and moni­tor cor­rec­ti­ve action effec­ti­ve­ness
• Coor­di­na­te tech­ni­cal chan­ges and eva­lua­te their impact on cost, risk, and pro­duc­tion
• Sup­port pro­duc­tion launch and tech­ni­cal trai­ning acti­vi­ties
• Ensu­re opti­mal mate­ri­al flow through micro-lay­out ana­ly­sis
• Sup­port qua­li­ty teams in ana­ly­zing inter­nal and exter­nal pro­duct claims
• Pro­po­se pro­cess impro­ve­ments and cost reduc­tion initia­ti­ves.

Your Pro­fi­le

• Master’s degree in Indus­tri­al Engi­nee­ring or rela­ted field
• 1–3 years of expe­ri­ence in auto­mo­ti­ve or manu­fac­tu­ring indus­try
• Strong know­ledge of pro­cess engi­nee­ring, capa­ci­ty cal­cu­la­ti­on, and line balan­cing
• Good under­stan­ding of ergo­no­mics and pro­duc­tion flow opti­miza­ti­on
• Abili­ty to mana­ge tech­ni­cal chan­ges and indus­tri­al pro­jects
• Pro­fi­ci­en­cy in ERP sys­tems and indus­tri­al tools
• Flu­ent in French, good level of Eng­lish (German/Spanish is a plus)
• Expe­ri­en­ced in Micro­soft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power­Point, Out­look)
• Auto­no­mous, results-dri­ven, and strong team play­er
