Your new Role and Respon­si­bi­li­ties

The Engi­neer Test Sys­tems designs and deploys the neces­sa­ry test­ing equip­ment and sys­tems to ensu­re pro­duct veri­fi­ca­ti­on and com­pli­ance with cus­to­mer tech­ni­cal requi­re­ments.

• Defi­ne the spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons and tech­ni­cal requi­re­ments for test equip­ment and tools and ensu­re their tech­ni­cal accep­tance
• Deve­lop elec­tri­cal test pro­grams based on cable tech­ni­cal dra­wings and opti­mi­ze test modu­les
• Prepa­re micro-lay­outs and ensu­re the avai­la­bi­li­ty of all requi­red equip­ment, tools, and infra­struc­tu­re
• Defi­ne and vali­da­te elec­tri­cal test sys­tem para­me­ters with rele­vant depart­ments and ensu­re con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment
• Ana­ly­ze the impact of tech­ni­cal chan­ges on test equip­ment and update test modu­les accor­din­gly
• Deve­lop tech­ni­cal ins­truc­tions and ope­ra­ting pro­ce­du­res in col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with stake­hol­ders
• Orga­ni­ze and moni­tor pre­ven­ti­ve main­ten­an­ce acti­vi­ties using stan­dar­di­zed check­lists
• Super­vi­se instal­la­ti­on, relo­ca­ti­on, or trans­fer of test equip­ment in the pro­duc­tion area
• Mana­ge inven­to­ry sta­tus, iden­ti­fy scrap, and coor­di­na­te with the con­trol­ling depart­ment
• Train new­ly recrui­ted employees on test equip­ment and pro­ce­du­res
• Per­form FMEA acti­vi­ties and eva­lua­te poten­ti­al risks
• Pro­po­se and eva­lua­te impro­ve­ment actions rela­ted to test­ing pro­ces­ses and equip­ment
• Con­tri­bu­te to the reso­lu­ti­on of inter­nal and exter­nal cus­to­mer com­plaints
• Par­ti­ci­pa­te in test­ing new com­pon­ents and eva­lua­te poten­ti­al risks on test equip­ment
• Ensu­re com­pli­ance with safe­ty rules and main­tain pro­per orga­niza­ti­on of sto­rage are­as
• Pro­vi­de regu­lar report­ing on acti­vi­ties and per­for­mance to manage­ment
• Sup­port con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment initia­ti­ves rela­ted to pro­ces­ses, cos­ts, and depart­ment­al results
• Ensu­re suc­cessful com­ple­ti­on of inter­nal and exter­nal audits

Your Pro­fi­le

• Master’s degree in Indus­tri­al Engi­nee­ring or rela­ted field
• 1–3 years of expe­ri­ence in auto­mo­ti­ve or manu­fac­tu­ring indus­try
• Strong know­ledge of pro­cess engi­nee­ring, capa­ci­ty cal­cu­la­ti­on, and line balan­cing
• Good under­stan­ding of ergo­no­mics and pro­duc­tion flow opti­miza­ti­on
• Abili­ty to mana­ge tech­ni­cal chan­ges and indus­tri­al pro­jects
• Pro­fi­ci­en­cy in ERP sys­tems and indus­tri­al tools
• Flu­ent in French, good level of Eng­lish (German/Spanish is a plus)
• Expe­ri­ence with MS Office appli­ca­ti­ons (Word, Excel, Power­Point, Out­look) is a plus
• Auto­no­mous, results-dri­ven, and strong team play­er
